On 2nd St in Old Town Philly is a cluster of bars and restaurants. I was wandering the streets on a Sunday night around dusk and the Bleu Martini was just opening for dinner hour. The street was empty and a pretty blonde girl walked up and sat atthe table. I guess she was waiting to meet someone.
