It is the artists responsibility to keep their homepage updated, meaning the moment an artwork is unavailable any more, it is their responsibility to remove it from their homepage. If a buyer buys an artwork that is no longer available, we will refund the buyers money and charge the artist a 3% service fee for that.
Myriad Galleries uses PayPal as our online merchant and therefore the artist has to have a
PayPal account and has to provide us with the same email address as the
one used for their PayPal account. Once the sale is complete and the buyer has received the artwork,
Myriad Galleries will transfer the appropriate funds to the artist via PayPal and their email address.
Beginner Plan: No Annual or Monthly Fee, and 25% Sales Commission.
Amateur Plan: $50 Annual Fee, and 13% Sales Commision.
Proffesional Plan: $10 month / $55 for 6 months / $100 per year, and 3% Sales Commision.
In the event that a Buyer is interested in an Artwork, the buyer fills out the required forms, confirming his/her interest in the Artwork. Myriad then contacts the Artist to affirm the availability of the Artwork. Once thats done, the Buyer is informed of the availability and total (including shipping and handling). After receipt of the money, Artist ships the Artwork to the Buyer's specified address providing Myriad with the necessary parcel information; i.e. Name of the Delivery Service (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, etc), and the Parcels tracking number. Having confirmed receipt of the Artwork with the Buyer, Myriad will then transfer the appropriate amount to the Artist.
No. PayPal allows our buyers to complete the purchase without joining their program, in other
words buyers can simply purchase the artwork via their credit cards.
